Call for Papers
  The deadline for abstract submissions is October 15. (Fri.).
Submissions will be accepted on-line only. Detailed information will be provided on this site in mid May.

Technical Exhibition
  During the conference a product exhibition may be set up in the conference venue. Interested exhibitors should contact the IES Conference Secretariat.
 
Accommodation
  JTB Corp. has been appointed as the Official Travel Agency of the conference to handle all travel arrangements and hotel accommodation within Japan.
The hotel reservation page will open at end May.

VISAS
  All foreign visitors entering Japan must possess valid passports.

Citizens of some countries may be required to apply for entry visas in advance.

Depending on the country, visa applications can take up to ONE MONTH to be processed.
It is therefore recommended that participants contact their local Japanese Consular Offices
to determine whether or not a visa is required, as soon as possible.

Should a visa be needed, participants should submit the Visa Information Form to
the IES Conference Secretariat.
