During the conference a product exhibition may be set up in the conference venue. Interested exhibitors should contact the IES Conference Secretariat. |

JTB Corp. has been appointed as the Official Travel Agency of the conference to handle all travel arrangements and hotel accommodation within Japan.

VISAS |

All foreign visitors entering Japan must possess valid passports.
Citizens of some countries may be required to apply for entry visas in advance.
Depending on the country, visa applications can take up to ONE MONTH to be processed.
It is therefore recommended that participants contact their local Japanese Consular Offices
to determine whether or not a visa is required, as soon as possible.
A list of countries with visa exemptions can be found here.
Should a visa be needed, participants should submit the Visa
Information Form to
the IES Conference Secretariat.
